We are looking for a creative, agile, and passionate Video Creator & Editor Intern to join our team!

In this role, you will be the creative shadow behind our founder's/management's Personal IP. You will follow the business footsteps, capture real-time moments, and turn raw footages into high-engaging social media content. If you want real-world, fast-paced experience in building a personal brand from scratch, this is the perfect playground for you!

Responsibilities

On-the-Go Shooting: Accompany the founder/management to various locations (events, meetings, daily work, or site visits) to capture high-quality behind-the-scenes and raw video materials.
Video Editing: Edit short-form (TikTok, Reels, Xiaohongshu) and long-form videos, including fast-cutting, engaging captions, trending music, and effects.
Content Brainstorming: Brainstorm fun, trendy, and creative ideas tailored for Personal IP storytelling.
Trend Catching: Keep up with the latest social media trends, memes, and viral audio to apply them to our content instantly.

Requirements

Academic Background: Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Film/Video Production, Marketing, or related fields (Open to anyone with a strong portfolio!).
Technical Skills: Proficient in mobile or desktop video editing tools (CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro). Good handling of smartphone shooting/gimbals is a huge plus.
Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Mandarin (written & spoken) as you will be managing Mandarin content and communicating with a Mandarin-speaking audience/team.
Attributes: Highly proactive, adaptable to changing schedules (comfortable with traveling/fieldwork), and possess a strong sense of ownership.
Location: Able to commute to USJ 1, Subang Jaya (and flexible with outdoor shooting locations when required).

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
