Marketing Specialist – Food & Hospitality Brands

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and help grow our food and hospitality brands through creative, strategic, and consistent marketing.

What You’ll Do

Plan and organize monthly marketing calendars.
Develop content strategies aligned with each brand’s identity and goals.
Create and oversee content across social media platforms.
Contribute to creative direction, communication, and brand storytelling.
Design or coordinate visual assets while maintaining a strong and consistent brand image.
Analyze trends and identify opportunities for viral and high-performing content.
Work closely with the team to execute campaigns, launches, events, and promotions.
Monitor performance and continuously improve marketing results.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in marketing, content creation, branding, or social media management.
Strong understanding of content strategy and audience engagement.
Ability to plan ahead and manage a monthly content schedule.
Good design sense and understanding of visual communication.
Knowledge of current social media trends and viral content formats.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Constructive mindset: able to give and receive feedback professionally.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and improve.
Ability to understand and stay true to the personality and vibe of a brand.

Bonus Points

Experience in the food, hospitality, restaurant, or lifestyle sectors.
Photography, videography, or editing skills.
Copywriting and storytelling abilities.
Experience running paid social media campaigns.
