About the Role

We are looking for a creative, trend-conscious, and results-oriented Social Media Manager / Content Creator to manage and grow our brand’s online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, increasing audience engagement, and supporting marketing campaigns that improve visibility and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media content strategies across multiple platforms

Create engaging and high-quality content including videos, reels, graphics, and captions

Manage daily posting schedules and audience engagement

Plan content calendars and campaign concepts

Monitor trends and transform them into relevant content opportunities

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams on campaigns and promotions

Track social media performance metrics and optimize content accordingly

Turn customer feedback and sales insights into content ideas that improve engagement and conversion

Requirements

HND or BSc in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field

Proven experience in social media management and content creation

Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools

Strong writing, storytelling, and creative thinking abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Good understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies

Salary & Benefits

₦180,000 monthly salary plus commission
